取得 API Key 清單

使用個人資料頁面生成的存取權杖，不是被管理的模型 API Key。憑證取得與完整流程請參閱以程式管理 API Key。

額度換算為 remain_quota = 金額 * 500000。expired_time=-1 表示永不到期；remain_quota=-1 且 unlimited_quota=true 表示無限額度。
