Retrieve video
Read native Wan 3.0 task status, video URLs, and usage.
Query using output.task_id from creation. The returned output.task_id is still the public platform task ID. Results and usage are in output and usage.

Status and results
output.task_status | Meaning and action |
|---|---|
PENDING | Queued |
RUNNING | Processing |
SUCCEEDED | Successful; read output.video_url |
FAILED | Failed; read output.code/message and stop polling |
CANCELED | Canceled; stop polling |
UNKNOWN | Unknown status; do not treat as success |
Poll about every 15 seconds and set an overall timeout. Queries read saved platform records updated in the background. Retrieve rather than repeatedly creating tasks.
Download and save the video promptly after generation, before the result URL expires.
Usage and time fields
usage.duration is total usage duration, including input and output when videos are supplied. input_video_duration/output_video_duration may be fractional; do not apply integer request-duration rules. Other possible fields include video_count, fps, SR, and ratio.
submit_time/scheduled_time/end_time are UTC+8 strings returned when available, not Unix timestamps. request_id traces a request and is not used to query tasks.
Query errors
For HTTP 400 with task_not_exist, check the public task ID, API site, and API Key account. This differs from the task's UNKNOWN status. For HTTP 401, check Bearer authentication.
An error response may contain only top-level code/message/request_id, without output. For a video object, see platform retrieval.
